Source personalised premiums and giveaways as part of the customer delight at stores, for on-ground activities and major festive or campaigns.
Ensure end-to-end campaign roll-out, including staff briefing on mechanics, deployment of marketing collaterals and fulfilment of premiums and share post campaign learnings.
2. Retail traffic driver engagement
Implement marketing programs and execute on-ground engagement through cross-collaboration with merchants, mall tenants and Singtel exclusive retailers.
Support TikTok Creator House through conceptualisation of ideas. Curate script and key points for in-house talents and execute on-site support for the sales team.
Implement programs to drive customer engagement through show and tell sharing sessions. Develop key points for in-house specialists to share during these sessions.
3. Small-Medium Businesses (SMB)
Coordinate with event companies to run on-site roadshows in SMB locations.
Work with external vendors to target at SMB companies.
Support the creation of marketing communications targeted at SMB companies.
4. Marketing communications
Support the creation of marketing collaterals for sales channels.
Maintain up-to-date marketing communications in all stores.
Update digital content in retail stores.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant fieldย
Commit to a 6-months internship
Experience in running campaigns & designing collaterals
Results oriented and have strong commercial fundamentals & good business acumen
Team player who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills
