Viscadia, a leading life sciences management consulting firm, is seeking an HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team at our Gurgaon office.

Role Overview: 
 
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in a variety of tasks related to administration, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.  
 
This role will allow you to build foundational HR skills and gain insights into HR processes within a professional and fast-paced work setting. 

What You Will Do 

HR Administration: 

• Maintain accurate HR records and files.
• Update employee database and other HR systems. 

Employee Engagement: 

• Assist in planning employee events and activities.
• Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and provide insights for improvement. 

Projects: 

• Develop HR-related presentations and reports. 
• Conduct research on HR best practices. 
• Assist in implementing new HR initiatives. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 
• Graduating in the year 2025 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Canva preferred
