Our Finance & Accounting team are trusted advisors who create and protect value every day. We safeguard our balance sheet, provide quality insights and advice to business leaders, and support our colleagues to ensure our business remains safe and sustainable.

What can you expect as a Finance & Accounting Graduate?

This is a 2-year program with 2 x 12-months home base roles and 2-3 micro-experiences per year.

In contrast to rotations, our innovative program offers you 2 x 12-month real jobs. From strategy and enterprise services to finance business partnering roles, these roles provide on-the-job-training, as well as specific technical training, professional and self-leadership skills to support your career in Financial Services. We also offer a dedicated program within Group Audit for those interested in building deep expertise in internal audit.

To cement your standing as a professional, you are required to undertake your CA or CPA qualification, which is fully fund based on passing grades.

Micro-experiences are short 3–6-week assignments in business areas different to your home location. These experiences allow you to develop and utilise your skills in other areas across the enterprise

Eligibility

• You must be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
• You have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
• You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.

You will need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2027.
