2025 Consumer Graduate Program - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane

Your New Role

As part of the Consumer Graduate Program, you'll support our renowned franchise and world-class brands. Contribute to crafting customer-centric strategies, gain in-depth knowledge of our customer-facing teams, and help create opportunities for customers to build better futures.

This is a 15-month program with 3 x 5-month rotations. You’ll gain experience across a diverse range of areas and build a broad knowledge base, enabling you to fast-track your success. Kick-start your career in roles such as Product Manager, Associate Business Analyst, Operations Manager, Change Manager.

What you’ll need to succeed

If you have a drive to exercise your passion for customer relationships and thrive within a team environment, we have you in our sights. We welcome graduates from all degree disciplines who are passionate about helping customers create better futures.

You will also need:

  • To be in in your final year of study of a university degree, or
  • You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
  • You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
