Your New Role

What the Global Transaction Services graduate program will offer you?

• Gain hands-on experience in cash management, working capital solutions, and payments infrastructure within Westpac's Institutional Bank
• Contribute to delivering strategic banking solutions, optimising cash management, and supporting seamless domestic and cross-border payments.
• Work on strategic transactional banking solutions, from optimising cash management to raising deposits and funding key operations.

What you’ll need to succeed

•  Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn, with training provided to develop necessary skills.
•  We welcome students from all disciplines.
•  A finance or analytical background is preferred but not neccessary to join the team.

You will also need:

 To be in in your final year of study of a university degree, or

 You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.

  You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
