The Programme

This Insurance Talent Programme aims to provide talented and highly motivated undergraduates with an opportunity to develop into Insurance professionals and potential future leaders within our Zurich organization.

Students can choose one stream to focus on during their 12 months full-time internship period.

The Internship will start in July.   

Students with outstanding performance may be admitted to our Graduate placement.

Internship Duration: 12 months. 
Internship Period: 7 / 2024 – 6 / 2025.  

You can choose the focus in either of 2 streams: 

Business: 

• Expose to the insurance operations and workflow (e.g. claims, underwriting, distribution, etc.).
• Deliver change initiatives and build new capabilities.
• Analyze business data to identify business opportunities and support strategic planning.
• Analyze market trends and conduct product research to support product development. 

Transformation & Technology:

• Expose to the insurance technologies and systems.
• Understand the system/project development cycle and assist in system changes.
• Support the transformation projects and change management.
• Support the change initiatives to drive operational excellence. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Education Background: Associate Degree or University Students preferably in final or penultimate year of study.
• Discipline Preferred: NIL.
• Technical Skills: NIL.
• Language Proficiency: English and Cantonese.
• Others: Positive thinking and strong customer centricity mindset, excellent interpersonal & communications skills with good cultural awareness.
