At Toll, we do more than just logistics - we move the businesses that move the world. Our 16,000 team members can help solve any logistics, transport, or supply chain challenge – big or small. We have been supporting our customers for more than 130 years. Today, we support more than 20,000 customers worldwide with 500 sites in 25 countries, and a forwarding network spanning 150 countries.

Apply your passion and skills to the world of logistics through the Toll Graduate Program. Be part of an industry that plays a vital role in our global communities, from delivering fuel, food, medicines and everything in between. Bring your energy as you experience first-hand our fascinating operational sites and meet our customers - many of which are household brand names! Help us transform how they experience world-class logistics.

Application Process

  1. To be eligible to apply, you
    • Have completed an undergraduate or post graduate degree in within the last two years
    • Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
    • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle as our sites are not CBD based and our warehouses are in industrial estates across the country
    • Have the get-up-and-go to work in the logistics industry
  2. Online Application

You will need to complete our online application and load up your academic transcripts and proof of residency. This is a key time to check your attention to detail and make sure everything looks right. We want to know what makes you tick, so we invite every single person that applies to work with us to interview over chat. Our commitment to fairness starts with your first interaction with us. It's a completely blind interview, and everyone gets the opportunity to express themselves, in their own words. After the chat, we'll share a personality profile with tips to help you in your career, because we appreciate the time you've taken to share your experiences with us.

  3.  Video Interview

If we like what we see from the first step, we will ask you to record a video interview answering a couple of questions around our values and safety.

  4. First round interview

The next step will be a phone interview which will provide you with an opportunity to meet with a Toll representative and provide information about yourself and why you want to work for Toll.

  5. Final interview

If you progress from the first-round interview, you will then be asked to meet two of our senior executives for a more in-depth behavioural interview. You may also be able to undertake a site tour as well, depending on where you are based.

  6. Pre-employment checks

If all is going well, we will then ask you to complete police and medical checks which are a requirement to be employed by Toll. Don't worry, we will organise these for you.

  7. Final stage - Offer

If everything looks good, we will make a verbal offer to you , followed by a contract.
