2025 Grad Imports Brand Analyst

As a Graduate Imports Brand Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create and innovate across brands, processes, and people—delivering measurable results and strengthening internal brand strategies.

You will own assigned brands and work across Amazon functions to support their success. This includes driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiencies, executing brand initiatives, and enhancing traffic and conversion. In this role, you will help build and execute business plans for your brands and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify merchandising, operational, and selection improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical and brand management skills. They should be able to deliver on commitments, manage workflows in a fast-paced environment, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key job responsibilities
• Identify and action opportunities to improve key input metrics that drive brand growth and enhance customer experience, in collaboration with internal Amazon programs and teams.
• Support brand success by troubleshooting issues, reporting on performance metrics, and coordinating operational and catalogue management tasks.
• Demonstrate strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using centralized resources and processes.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the central contact for brand-related issues, questions, requests, and escalations.
• Liaise with teams across Amazon such as Category Managers, Instock, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to drive outcomes for your assigned brands.
• Educate internal stakeholders on Amazon tools, policies, and strategic opportunities to enhance brand performance.
• Collaborate to identify and execute new product selection, promotional strategies, operational efficiencies, and performance reporting.
• Lead internal planning and performance sessions and advocate for brand initiatives across internal functions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You must be in the final semester/ trimester of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have Completed a tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate) in relevant field within the last 24 months.

You must have completed your studies prior to your start date of the role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in Program or Product Management, Retail, Consulting or Finance, managing multiple stakeholders or working in data analytics (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
