As a Vacationer at Deloitte, you’ll work alongside experienced teams on real client projects that help organisations operate transparently, make better decisions and earn the trust of the communities they serve.

Working in Accounting & Audit at Deloitte is dynamic, collaborative and constantly evolving. As a Vacationer, you’ll gain exposure to how teams combine technical accounting knowledge with professional judgement, data and technology across areas such as external audit, accounting advisory, regulatory reporting, governance and emerging topics like sustainability and digital assurance. 

Depending on your team, your day-to-day could include: 

  • Analysing financial information and systems 
  • Understanding risk, controls and governance in real organisations 
  • Supporting teams to solve accounting and reporting challenges 
  • Contributing insights that help clients make better business decisions 

For many students, the Vacationer Program is also a pathway into our Graduate Program, giving you the opportunity to continue building an exciting career at Deloitte after you finish your studies.
