International Student Opportunities | Vacationer Program | 2027

Exciting careers start here

Starting your career is a big step. At Deloitte, we’re committed to helping you turn your ambition into real momentum.

At Deloitte, our Vacationer Program gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while you’re still studying. You’ll work on real client engagements, build practical skills and see how your degree applies in a professional environment. It’s a chance to explore your interests, learn by doing and take the first step towards a future Graduate role.

Why bring your skills to Deloitte?

At Deloitte, we value different perspectives and experiences. Our culture is collaborative, supportive and built around continuous learning. You’ll work alongside experienced mentors and diverse teams, gaining exposure to local and global clients across industries.

We welcome international students who are ready to grow, contribute and build their careers in Australia, with program opportunities available across select areas, including:

  • Audit
Help build trust in financial reporting and business operations. You’ll work with organisations to strengthen transparency, assess risk and support confidence in markets and institutions.
  • Private Tax Advisory
Work with privately owned businesses, high net-worth individuals and not-for-profits, providing practical advice and support across compliance, restructuring and growth.
  • Strategy, Risk & Transactions
Opportunities available across data and analytics, economics, sustainability and climate, turnaround and restructuring, and commercial advisory. You’ll support organisations to navigate complexity, respond to change and make informed decisions.

Wherever you join, you’ll gain exposure to real-world challenges and build skills that stay relevant as industries evolve. International students are welcome to apply.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be a penultimate-year student (with one year of study remaining)
  • Reside lawfully in Australia with valid working rights
