Once we receive your application, we’ll review it for eligibility for our graduate roles. The Accenture Discovery Portal is designed to give you a glimpse into Accenture’s world and helps us evaluate your potential for our various roles! - HR touchpoint
One of our friendly HR team will invite you to a 10-15 minute call to find out more about your motivations and share some details about the role you have applied to. This is where you can ask any questions you may have about Accenture too.
- Assessment Day
Crush the phone screen and you’ll be invited to a group assessment or behavior interview (face-to-face or virtual) where we’ll see your teamwork and problem-solving skills in action!
- Final interview
If you wow us in the previous stage, you’ll move on to a one-on-one virtual interview with a senior lead. This is a great opportunity for us to dive deeper into your potential and how you can make an impact at Accenture!
- Job offer
If all goes well, we will make you an offer and agree on a date of joining!
