The Abilities Network

We are ANZ employees who are passionate about making a positive difference for people with disability (and those who may be caring for someone with disability, including fellow employees, our customers and the wider community).

The Abilities Network recognises that everyone’s experience with disability is different. We are complex and layered individuals. Some of us have a visible disability, for some of us our disability is invisible, and for others it is both. Some of us are here because we are passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, even though we may not currently experience disability. 

All of us want to connect with empathy and to help shape a world where people of all abilities can thrive.
