From Banking, to Macro Industry Insights, Technology & Data, you’ll work your magic across a variety of specialist divisions at APRA, building a network of mentors, co-workers and friends along the way. Gaining exposure across a variety of areas paves the way for your career to go in the direction of your choosing.

Our graduate program runs for 15 months. This includes three five-month rotations across a number of teams, such as frontline supervision, risk, policy and advice, or data analytics. Rotations gives you the opportunity to build the core foundations of prudential regulation.

Placements locations are Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

You will benefit from having support from a graduate from the year before, who is fresh with understanding the challenges of being a graduate at APRA.

You will have access to an extensive range of in-house, in-depth learning and development programs. These are designed to support you to grow your technical and personal capabilities, and help jump start your career as a financial professional.
