How it works
Participants enter either our graduate or undergraduate programs by working at one of our companies in construction (CPB Contractors, Broad Construction and Leighton Asia), mineral processing (Sedgman), services (UGL), development and investment (Pacific Partnerships), or our in-house engineering consultancy (EIC Activities). Rotations and industry exposure are also available at CIMIC.
With support for your transition from student to professional from technical experts and mentors, we’ll challenge you with exciting projects and genuine responsibilities. We’ll expand your knowledge with professional development sessions to build your strengths, leadership skills and business acumen. And you’ll be exposed to a variety of projects and companies within CIMIC Group.
Key application dates
2025 CIMIC Group Graduate Program applications will be open from 12 March 2024 until 16 April 2024.
2025 CIMIC Group Undergraduate Program applications will be open 5 August 2024 and close 26 August 2024.
