Application Process

Our recruiting process is designed to give you an opportunity to meet engineers, traders, or researchers from some of the teams you might work with. We want you to get a sense of the work we do, and we also want to hear about your experiences and ambitions. Whether you’re graduating, starting your academic journey or somewhere in between, we have opportunities for you.

Online Application & Assessment

The first step is to complete our online application form. Please make sure you include your updated resume, cumulative degree GPA/WAM and your location preferences (especially if applying in a regional requisition, e.g., Asia Trading Internship).

You will then be invited to complete an online assessment, candidates interested in Software Engineering (in C++ or Python) and Trading roles. This is a required step for your application to be considered.

The relevant hiring teams will review your application, in line with their requirements and notify you of the outcome, regardless of what it is.
Interview Stages

If successful, you will be invited to participate in a series of up to five 45-minute virtual/in-person interviews, that will assess both technical and behavioral skills – specific assessments will be highlighted upon interview confirmation.

We’ll thoughtfully review your strengths, abilities, and motivations, and our Campus Recruiting team will circle back after each stage with potential next steps.
