Business Sales Grad Program

How does our Graduate Program work?

You’ll first be introduced to companies in our Employer Network for full time, business sales roles that match with your personal interests and studies.

Once you land your business sales role, we’ll set you up with 3 months of structured onboarding in your Grad Cohort with others who recently started a role at a similar time.

During this structured onboarding program we’ll provide you with:

• Structured live online workshops about sales skills
• In-person group social events
• An assigned buddy from your cohort

The Earlywork grad program will run alongside the onboarding you’ll receive at your Employer Network company.

What types of companies can you start your career at?

Prior knowledge of the product you’re selling is your superpower.

When we match you with companies in our Employer Network, we take into account your past background and degree to make sure you’re selling a product that you’re interested in and believe in.

Who can apply?

You can apply if you satisfy these three requirements:

1. Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
2. Completed a Bachelors Degree
3. Willing to work a full-time permanent role
