We are looking for applicants who are studying or recently graduated in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Software or Systems who:

The program will begin in early 2026 for a duration of 24 months, based at either our Melbourne CBD office or H-ACE facility at Avalon. You will dive into real projects, solve real problems and discover just how far your ideas can take you.

To be eligible, you must:

Be in your final year of study or have completed your degree within the last 12 months;
Be an Australian Citizen (required for Defence Security Clearance);
Be available to commence around mid-January to February 2026;
Understand relevant engineering technologies and domains;
Be able to produce, analyse, and interpret technical reports; and
Be able to apply engineering principles, theories, and concepts to solve problems.
