Our Graduate Program
We’re ready for you.
We might be the largest general insurer in Australia and New Zealand, but we’re so much more. We’re a research facility, a hub for climate change experts and a centre of resilience design. We sit for a cuppa with customers, advocate for them in the corridors of Parliament and back them up in the community when life hits hardest.
Our 18-month graduate program offers rotations across the business, roles in Australia and New Zealand, expert mentorship, and access to some of the region’s leading developments in sustainability, climate and disaster resilience activities.
We have many brands and divisions to work across. You may know some of them – NRMA Insurance, CGU, WFI, ROLLiN’, NZI, State, AMI to name a few.
