Application Process
- Online Application
- As part of your application, please provide your CV, academic transcript, and responses to a few short questions. We’re keen to learn more about you and understand what interests you about KordaMentha and why you’d like to join our team.
- Online Assessment
- Once you have submitted your online application, you will receive an email inviting you to complete our online assessment. This assessment includes situational and cognitive questions, and takes roughly 30 minutes to complete.
- First round interviews
- Each service line follows a slightly different selection process.The first round may include assessment centres, case study interviews, technical evaluations, and behavioural interviews. These steps are designed to provide a comprehensive view of both your technical expertise and broader capabilities.
- Final Interview
- If you are successful, you’ll be invited to a final interview with our Partners. This session will focus on learning and development opportunities within the service line, as well as the types of projects and experiences you will gain exposure to.
- Offer
- Congratulations! You have been successful and we'd love you to join the team. You will be sent an employment contract to review and invited to a range of in person events in the lead up to your first day with us.
