Application Process

Here’s an overview of what you can expect going through our application process.

Apply online

You’ll be asked to upload your CV and answer a few basic questions and preferences.
Complete online assessments

Next, you’ll be invited to complete two assessments. The first is a learning ability and problem-solving assessment. The second is a workplace behaviour assessment. Both should take between 10 – 15 minutes to complete.
Attend an assessment centre

If you’re selected for an interview, you’ll connect with us in person for a 30-minute structured interview, attend an information session and complete a short exercise using your smartphone. This is also a great opportunity for you to learn as much as you can about life at KPMG.
Outcome and next steps

We’ll be in touch to let you know if you’ve been successful, or to offer you feedback on how you can improve. We welcome you to reapply if you’re not successful.
