Application Process

Our Graduate Recruitment Process

  1. Online Applications March/April:

    The process starts with an online application where candidates will be asked to answer some questions and attach a copy of their resume and transcript. 

    Successful candidates must be Australian Citizens at the time of application to be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.

  2. Online Capability Assessment April/May:

    Once reviewed, successful candidates are invited to complete an online capability assessment which entails a series of questions related to the role they’ve applied to. 

    The question formats will include written responses and a video response. When it comes to what we’re looking for, across our early careers roles we are mostly focusing on your passion for technology and solving really challenging problems.

  3. Final Stage Assessment May/June:

    If you progress to the next stage you will be invited to an interview with a line manager and a representative from Human Resources.

  4. Offer of Employment June:

    From here, we will making offers of employment to commence with us. If you are successful, you will receive an offer of employment, subject to background checks. We will also then commence the National Security Clearance process if required for the role.

  5. Keeping in Touch June-January:

    We appreciate that there is a long time to wait before starting, we make it our business to stay in touch with regular updates and respond to all the queries you have. As your first day gets closer, we will ensure you have all the support and resources you need to hit the ground running.
