Recruitment Process:

At Mako, we want to ensure you to have the best possible experience. To support this, we have outlined what the recruitment process will look like, so you know what to expect at each stage:

Once you apply, we’ll send you an online test. Find a calm, distraction-free environment and complete it as soon as you can — this is your chance to show us your quick-thinking maths and problem-solving skills.
If you pass the test and fit the job profile, we’ll invite you to the next stage: completing a short task to showcase your interest in the role.
Successful candidates will then be invited to an assessment day. This will include a range of interactive activities spread across the day, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and meet the team.
If you’re successful at the assessment day, we’ll invite you to a final-stage panel interview with our Senior Traders.
Offers will be made to successful candidates once all final interviews have been completed.

Important: Throughout the process, all communication will be sent by email, so please make sure to regularly check your junk/spam folder to avoid missing any updates.

If you require any support or adjustments during the application process, or have any questions, please contact hrsydney@mako.com.

Only candidates with full Australian working rights will be considered for this role. We cannot accept visa holders at this time.
