Application Process
We've designed our application process with you in mind. Our approach is centred on providing you with every opportunity to share your best and authentic self.
To apply for any of our programs, visit the Jobs tab above.
You'll need to complete the application form. This is where you'll get the chance to tell us about who you are, your skills, and your experience. You’ll be asked to select a business area aligned to where you want to build your career. Choose carefully, as you can't change your mind after submitting your application.
Once you have submitted your online application, if you meet our eligibility criteria, candidates will then go through the following steps:
- Online Assessment
a variety of online assessments to identify your capabilities and understand how you work.
- The Video Interview
this is where we get to know you better. We’ll ask you a few questions and you’ll record your responses.
- The Engagement Centre (in person and online)
our final stage of recruitment which gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills by participating in a range of interactive activities.
Selection Process
Once we've had a look at your application, if you meet our eligibility criteria we'll keep in touch throughout the selection process to let you know how your application is tracking. Make sure you give us the email you most regularly use.
Accessible to all
We're committed to giving our applicants the chance to pursue roles on a level playing field by removing barriers that people with disability may face. If you think there are any reasonable adjustments we can make to the recruitment process (or the role), please let us know.
