How to apply
Applications open on 26 August 2026 and close on 16 September 2026.
There are 3 stages in our recruitment process, which may vary depending on the type of role you apply for. We've designed our process to get to know you beyond your resume and to give you the chance to learn more about NDY along the way.
Stage 1: Application
Complete the online application form, including uploading a recent copy of your resume, academic transcript, and evidence of your New Zealand citizenship/residency or work rights.
Stage 2: In-Person Case Study & Interview
If selected, you will be invited to attend an in-person session at an NDY office to complete a case study, followed by an interview.
This stage is designed to give us a deeper understanding of your skills, while also giving you insight into NDY and the opportunity to connect with our team.
Stage 3: Offer
If successful, we will contact you shortly after Stage 3 to make you an employment offer.
