Who is eligible to apply for the Optus Graduate Program?

We know the best ideas come from curious collaborators, unique voices, and positive game changers. Optus Graduate program allows for skills to be nurtured not expected. To be eligible for our program, you will need to meet the following criteria:

Be an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Have completed an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree (or higher) or TAFE Certificate level qualification in 2024, 2025 or expect to complete your final subject by December 2026, inclusive of any internships or work experience placements required for graduation. 
Be available to commence full‑time in February 2027.
Be able to work primarily from our Macquarie Park campus in Sydney
