Application Process

  1. Application

    Select your chosen stream, submit your resume, cover letter, and Academic Transcript. Applications will be reviewed as soon as they come through, so please don't wait until the last minute to submit your application.

  2. Video Interview

    To learn more about you, your unique skills and experiences we organise a video interview early in the application process.

  3. Online Assessment

    No games or puzzles to solve. We simply want to learn more about you and whether our culture aligns with your values and preferences.

  4. Rabo Discovery Session

    Join our virtual information session to find out more about Rabobank, our Graduate Program, and what to expect in the final stages of your application process.

  5. Assessment Centre

    Depending on your location and your chosen stream, you will be invited to either a virtual or in-person assessment centre to participate in a series of group and individual activities.

  6. Final Interview

    Almost there! All graduates will be assigned with a senior leader as their mentor, and the final stage of your application process will involve a live interview with your potential future mentor.

  7. Background Check

    Our recruitment team will guide you through the required information for background and reference checks.
