TSC creates new IT jobs for fresh graduates every year across countries in conjunction with Universities and technology partners. TCS initial learning program for graduates has had excellent results worldwide in developing individuals for industry roles.

Australia has a need to develop talent in STEM and TCS is committed to creating work opportunities for graduates , with long term goal to grow globally to integrated executives that have the right skills and capabilities that will assist Australia to remain competitive.

TCS Australia hires Graduated students every year in multiple batches. Upon joining the graduate batch will undergo detailed induction program.

The induction ensures-

a smooth transition from academia to the workplace
Smooth alignment with the organisation and its structure, values and culture
Creating business understanding

Once induction is over candidates will start initial learning program, typically runs for 30-40 days. Training will cover

Essential skill training refresher
Overview of upcoming and latest technologies like Cloud, AI
Training will also cover essential corporate etiquettes

Candidates will then be assigned to projects .

Project Managers and Mentors will be assigned to ensure project level learning.
Eventually candidates will start working on live projects

What we are looking for

Australian/New Zealand citizen and residents and full work right in Australia
Bachelor’s degree or master's in computer science, Technology, Engineering or Data Science from an accredited University (Graduated or near completion) in 2022 and 2023.
Previous experience up to one year will be considered.
Software Development/ Programming skills – in any language (Java, Java Script, Python etc.)
Knowledge (through university projects) in Database, data extraction and data manipulation using basic SQL.
Technologist enthusiast with an interest in areas such as Data & Analytics, Cloud, DevOps, Digital, cyber security or another area of interest in technology
Willingness to learn on the job and use your analytical and problem-solving skills.
