Application Process
The recruitment process consists of the below steps:
- Online application (5-10 minutes) - anytime before end of August
- Online assessment (10-15 minutes) - from July
- Video interview (15-20 minutes) - from July
- Assessment centre (5 hours) - September
- Offer and onboarding - September/October
To be eligible for the 2024 Graduate Program, you will need to meet the below prerequisites:
- You must have completed or be completing your undergraduate (bachelor level) degree in 2022 or 2023
- At the time you submit your application, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency status.
