Graduate Program

Champion Health’s graduate program is individually created for every new team member. 

Your team leader & clinical lead will meet with you and create an initial 6-month roadmap that will clearly outline your monthly goals for each of the following: 

1. Clinical Areas & Skills to learn 
2. Non-Clinical Skills to learn 
3. Capped Patient Numbers per week

You’ll be assessing clients, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and referring to other teams. 

Most importantly, you will have 1 on 1 mentoring every week around your limited patients (often only 10-15 billable hours per week in the first month). 

This means you have time to watch, research and learn about areas that you maybe unconfident or  unfamiliar with. 

Ultimately, our goal is to provide all of the steps to turn you into a GREAT clinician with clients that rave about you and your results. 

What about AFTER my 1st year? 

Champion Health doesn’t stop regular mentoring after your first year. 

The regular meetings you have with your team leader will come at a slower pace whilst our clinical leads and subject matter experts step up their sessions to help you develop and identify your niche skills and interests. 

Eventually you will be asked to consider a career pathway which includes special training to become a team leader, clinical lead, business lead or subject matter expert. 

Many of our 3+ year team members provide regular services, seminars and training to other health professionals.

Graduates who understand that there will be hard yards initially (having to learn so much) but are willing to push through and want to become great clinicians in almost any setting and thrive.
