My experience in DXC’s Graduate Program has been incredibly rewarding. The program creates a supportive environment where you’re encouraged to learn, take initiative, and continuously improve. From structured training to real client exposure, you’re given the space to develop both professionally and personally. What stands out most is the culture — you’re surrounded by approachable leaders and teammates who genuinely want to see you succeed. It’s a program that challenges you while providing the guidance and support needed to grow with confidence.

Even though I’ve only been in the DXC Graduate Program for a short time, I already feel like I’m part of a team that genuinely cares about helping me grow. The onboarding has been smooth, everyone’s been welcoming, and I’ve started digging into AI Agents and what we at DXC offer as services at a pace that feels both challenging and exciting. I’m enjoying the journey and look forward to what's to come.

What did you study? When did you graduate?

I studied at the University of Adelaide, completing a Bachelor of Computer Science with a major in Cybersecurity. I graduated in December 2024.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about applying for the DXC Graduate Program?

I highly recommend applying if you’re looking for a career path that genuinely supports your growth in a structured and supportive environment. My experience has been positive from day one. Even when I faced an emergency at the very start, the graduate management team was incredibly understanding and ensured my transition into the program and team was smooth.

The program is designed to keep you on a steady learning curve without feeling overwhelmed. Between the recommended learnings and the gradual exposure to new tools and software, I felt confident stepping into my role. With one-on-one catchups and a great group of co-grads always up for a coffee, you’ll always feel like you have a community behind you.

The DXC Graduate Program laid a solid foundation for my journey in information security. Soon after joining the DXC Graduate Program, I was quickly onboarded onto a very large project with a supportive team where I picked up a host of hard and soft skills. It's valuable knowing the work I'm doing will impact many people!
