    An IT aptitude test will help us assess your skill sets and align you to a role that matches your strengths.

  4. Video Interviews

    We want to know you better! You can take this video interview on your computer, tablet or phone.

  5. Assessment Centre

    After an introduction to FDM, you'll do three strength-based interviews looking at your ability and potential rather than previous experience. It's also your chance to find out more about the programme.
