	Consultant Experience Partners Our consultants receive support and career guidance from their dedicated Consultant Experience Managers who check in regularly with you while working on client assignment. 	Consultant Peer Support (CPS) Our CPS Program will introduce you to those already working on client assignment, to help you settle into your new role.
