1. Apply online

   • SG Fleet is looking for candidates who reflect and share our values and ambition. Please provide your CV and a 60 second video answering the following questions to:

2. Online testing

   • The online tests are focused on cognitive skills, including a numerical, diagrammatic, and emotional intelligence assessment

3. Phone interview (15 minutes)

   • Candidates who have successfully passed the online test will receive a call from our team. This will give you the opportunity to provide a short introduction about yourself, your interests, and your application in general.

4. Assessment centre

   • Following the phone interview, successful candidates will be invited to one of three assessment centres in our Pymble office. The assessments will take place on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of October 2025 from 8:30am - 12:30 pm and will include a group exercise, an interview, a presentation, and a written exercise. 

5. Compliance, including reference and background checks

• • Following the assessment centre, successful candidates will be offered an internship position in the department of their choice, subject to satisfactory reference and background checks.  

 

During your assessments, we will appraise how you reflect our competency framework in terms of your skills, values, and behaviour. This framework sets out expectations of ‘how’ one should operate to achieve high levels of performance in your role.
