To support our commitmment to DEI Suntory has employee impact groups which are made up with members from the business across all areas and levels. This ensures our people have a voice and can help us define an inclusive culture at Suntory Oceania. 

Our Employee Impact Groups (EIGs) amplify our inclusive culture by creating spaces where people feel safe, connected, and inspired to be their authentic selves. They amplify the voices and experiences that make us stronger, spark the kind of curiosity and dialogue that fuels innovation, and help us grow for good making positive and lasting impact. We have EIG representation in Women, Life Stages, Diversability, Culture, Rainbow and Mental Fitness. Our EIGs foster a sense of belonging and community, enabling us to see more, share more, and learn more - together.
