Life & Culture

AGA will assist every step of the way to ensure workplace placements offer a range of skills and learnings and are governed with best-practice management strategies to grow long term opportunities that match wider industry demand.

This innovative program is designed to meet the needs of graduates and employers alike – bringing the two together to connect young, aspirational South Australians with leading SA industries. Rotations between employers will ensure exposure to a range of professions, while ensuring graduate needs are met through accessible mentors and career coaching.

Through our extensive partnerships, AGA is able to offer wellbeing supports including access to specialist care, and can escalate any concerns to an internal network of Allied Health providers. The wellbeing and safety of our graduates is at all times prioritised and supported – our goal is to ensure each graduate thrives, builds confidence and develops agency.
