Online Assessment
This stage helps us understand how you think, work and respond to different scenarios. It includes a short online assessment and a video interview, giving you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself, your motivation and how you communicate.
We’re interested in how you work through challenges and apply judgement, rather than polished or rehearsed responses.
Assessment centre
Our in‑person Assessment Centre includes a group activity and an individual interview. This is an opportunity for you to meet members of the Charter Hall team, learn more about our business and program, and for us to understand how you collaborate, communicate and apply judgement in a team environment.
Final Interview
The final stage includes an interview and may include a case study discussion. This allows you to explore a real‑world scenario and talk through your approach, helping us understand how you think, structure problems and apply commercial judgement.
Offer Extended
If you are successful after the final stage, we will extend you an offer for the Charter Hall 2026 Intern Program.
