Application Process
The recruitment process for both our graduate and intern programs is identical. The assessment stages allow you to express who you are and why you are interested in joining Suncorp. As a guide, our process typically includes:
- Apply - Application form and online testing
- Video Interview - Online recorded responses to interview questions
- Final Interview - Either an Assessment Centre or one hour Interview. You meet us, we meet you!
Things to consider before applying:
Please review the information about our streams and be clear about which role/s you are applying for.
- Have an electronic copy of your current resume and your academic results to date (two separate documents). You will be asked to upload these as part of the application form.
- There is no selection criteria as part of your application, and a cover letter is also not required.
- Use an email address that you check regularly. You will be asked to verify your email when you set up your profile.
- Interested in more than one role? We have structured our streams to ensure your application is considered for any role that aligns to your study discipline. So, there is no need to apply more than once.
What eligibility criteria do I need to meet?
For the Graduate Program you will need to meet the following eligibility criteria before applying:
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
- Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university.
- Completed undergraduate level or postgraduate study within the previous two years, or are due to complete the same study prior to the program commencing (end of January).
- Minimum ‘pass’ grade.
For the Intern Program you will need to meet the following eligibility criteria before applying:
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Studying at an Australian university.
- Completed a minimum 24 months undergraduate level study (e.g., penultimate year students).
- Minimum ‘pass’ grade.
